PepWise - Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the PepWise - Peptide Tracker mobile application. By downloading or using PepWise, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PepWise, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the application.

2. Medical Disclaimer

3. Subscription Terms

PepWise offers a 7-day free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription:

Trial Period: 7 days free upon first download
Subscription Price: $9.99 per month after trial
Billing: Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
Auto-Renewal: Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancellation: Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Refunds: Handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy
Trial Forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription

4. Permitted Use

PepWise is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Share your account or subscription with others
Use the app to provide medical advice to third parties

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date peptide research information, PepWise makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content in the app. Peptide research is an evolving field and information may change. Users should independently verify all information before making any health decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepWise and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Your use or inability to use the app
Any health decisions made based on app content
Use of peptides or supplements referenced in the app
Data loss or device issues arising from app use
Any errors or inaccuracies in app content

7. Intellectual Property

All content within PepWise, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PepWise and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without express written permission.

8. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:
